When a person visits a medical clinic, it's not unreasonable to assume that the staff members performing procedures have the necessary qualifications to be doing so. In fact, this is the kind of trust patients rely on every time they receive some sort of medical attention. Unfortunately, however, some health clinics do not ensure that their staff members are qualified to be performing certain treatments.
